WE MCR Afternoon Tea: Richmond Tea Rooms

We have held several afternoon tea events and thought it’s time to try a new venue: 4.5 from 2.1K google reviews and the photo here is from a real event!

Cost
We had to provide credit card details to the venue. Therefore, we are charging a £2.50 to cover admin costs and a £10.00 deposit which we will pay towards your food/drinks at the venue. You will need to pay anything over £10.00 for your food and drinks and service charge at the event.
Refund Policy
Generally speaking, your payment is non-refundable. However, please get in touch if you are unable to attend an event that you have already paid to attend. Where the terms and conditions of the venue allow for a refund and you have an unforeseeable or urgent issue and we have the manpower to make the changes, we may be able to offer a refund, minus any costs we have incurred (such as the PayPal/bank fees, if any).
Also, we always welcome substitutions. Therefore, if you would like to sell or donate your place to someone else, you are welcomed to do so.
We will set up a WhatsApp group in order to coordinate. Therefore, please add you mobile number when completing your ticket purchase.
