Chinenye was born and raised in Nigeria, where she began her professional journey as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Driven by a passion for enhancing workplace culture and employee experiences, she transitioned into the field of Human Resources.
In 2023, Chinenye furthered her education by earning a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Sunderland.
Chinenye brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Assistant Head of HR at Women Empowered Manchester. She holds a Level 7 CIPD certification, underscoring her commitment to professional development in HR. Her key skills include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
Chinenye is very passionate about enhancing people experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture. She is dedicated to implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive organisational growth and employee satisfaction. Her ability to analyse data and create effective HR policies has been instrumental in her previous roles.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Chinenye enjoys gyming and dancing, activities that reflect her vibrant and energetic personality. She also values continuous learning and often engages in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest HR trends and practices.
