WE Workshop: Cashflow Game with JJ

We have recently secured funding and can now offer fully funded places which are free for those who cannot afford it.

Struggling to make sense of the financial world and all of its associated gobbledygook?

Do you wonder why the rich get richer whilst others work harder?

Or are you a seasoned investor who relishes an opportunity to talk about all things finance and meet other like-minded people?

Cashflow 101 is a fun and educational game created by famed investor and author of ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’, Robert Kiyosaki.

Through gameplay and discussion, we explore:

• Financial literacy and decision making
• The principles of wealth creation
• The art of budgeting
• How to handle debt
• Current affairs

There will be two hours of gameplay, followed by an hour for discussion of learnings, questions or anything of interest.

Everybody is welcome, from novice to Warren Buffet.

All you need to bring is yourself, an open mind, humility and an appetite for fun!

Facilitator: JJ

JJ is a financial coach with a passion for investing and a keen interest in the stock market. Friendly, bubbly and open-minded, she enjoys meeting new people and exploring different perspectives.

Having originally trained as a doctor, she left medicine to focus on her passion and prepare to enter the wealth management industry. She has obtained diplomas in accountancy and investment advice.

A teacher and mentor at heart, JJ is pursuing her desire to share the power of financial literacy though facilitating the Cashflow game workshop.

Cost

The total cost of this event is £5.00 per person which includes operational costs and includes a £1 PayPal fee. We are a non-profit entity and all funds go towards helping women.

PayPal/Admin Costs

PayPal charges us a non-refundable fee for every transaction and their rates are varied and keep changing but they are generally between £0.45 and 1.50. Therefore, we are charging a flat fee of £1 to cover this fee.

Refund Policy

Please get in touch if you are unable to attend an event. Generally speaking, your payment is non-refundable. However, where the terms and conditions of the venue allow for a refund and you have an unforeseeable or urgent issue, we may be able to offer a refund, minus any costs we have incurred (such as the PayPal/Admin fees, if any).
If you would like a refund, please email us at finance@womenempoweredmcr.org and please explain your unforeseeable or urgent issues within the email.

Photography / Videography

We take photos/videos and use them for marketing purpose and in order to encourage other women, who may be anxious and alone, to join us. However, we also respect everyone’s right to privacy and we want you to feel safe at our events. Therefore, if you would not like to be photographed, simply please inform our photographer or a member of our team. We will then place a heart over your face to protect your identity when using the photos/videos for marketing purposes. Or, you can simply remove yourself from the area when we are taking photos/videos.

Please note that, due to social media settings, we cannot remove your photos/videos after they are posted. Therefore, please remove yourself or inform a member of our team at the start of the event so that we can modify the photos before we post them.
