WE MCR Self-Esteem Course Graduation Celebration

The Graduates of our Self-Esteem Course have done it and completed the 11 Week Course and we are celebrating their hard work, accomplishment and courage! 💪💖🔥

Come and join us at this festive time in the heart of Manchester City Centre at Annie’s for a time of fun, laughter and festive cheer.

We have the honour of having the Course Leader and Therapist Dawn O’Meally who has made the trip from the US to be with us. This is such a special time and not to be missed! 🥰💃🎓

Cost

The venue required a £10 deposit. Therefore, we require £11.00 to reserve your place which consists of £10 payment as a deposit towards your food, and £1.00 non-refundable PayPal/Admin fees.

Finally, we want to include everyone. Therefore, please email us at finance@womenempoweredmcr.org if you would like to apply for funding to attend this event.

 

Stripe/Admin Costs

Stripe charges us a non-refundable fee for every transaction and their rates are varied and keep changing but they are generally between £0.45 and 1.50. Therefore, we are charging a flat fee of £1 to cover this fee.

 

Refund Policy

If you attend, you will receive your £10 deposit back at the venue to pay for your food. You will then need to pay for any additional costs of your food and the service charge.

Please get in touch if you are unable to attend an event. Generally speaking, your payment is non-refundable. However, where the terms and conditions of the venue allow for a refund and you have an unforeseeable or urgent issue, we may be able to offer a refund, minus any costs we have incurred (such as fees by the venue and the PayPal/Admin fees) or we may be able to switch you over to another event.

Also, we always welcome substitutes. If you can’t make it, why not resell or gift your space to someone else?

 

WhatsApp Group

We will need to provide pre-orders to the restaurant for this event. Therefore, please include your telephone number in the rsvp so that we can add you to the WhatsApp Group.

 

Photography/Videography

We take photos/videos and use them for marketing purpose and in order to encourage other women, who may be anxious and alone, to join us. However, we also respect everyone’s right to privacy and we want you to feel safe at our events. Therefore, if you would not like to be photographed, simply please inform our photographer or a member of our team. We will then place a heart over your face to protect your identity when using the photos/videos for marketing purposes. Or, you can simply remove yourself from the area when we are taking photos/videos.

Please note that, due to social media settings, we cannot remove your photos/videos after they are posted. Therefore, please remove yourself or inform a member of our team at the start of the event so that we can modify the photos before we post them.
